Q: I'm located overseas, how will this affect our sale?
We have over three decades of experience with international transactions and can put you in touch with a reputable freight forwarder.
Once the sale is complete, they will handle all necessary shipping and customs arrangements.
Q: What about taxes, tariffs and other extraneous costs?
What we sell here at Jim Watson Equipment is all agricultural equipment and as a result it is not subject to tax in North America. If you are outside of North America, taxes and fees may be subject to your government’s regulations.
Q: Why would I want to buy a refurbished piece of equipment when I could buy it new?
Purchasing refurbished equipment from Watson's is beneficial for a variety of factors, but price is most significant.
Due to our affiliation with OXBO (formerly Byron/Pixall) and the proficiency of our team of fabricators, mechanics,
and welders, we are capable of refurbishing used equipment to like-new condition using OEM components at a fraction of the cost of new.
Q: Is financing an option?
Although Watson's does not offer financing services, we can provide you with referrals to a number of organizations that offer lease and loan options for financing agricultural equipment in the United States and Canada. Certain plans provide coverage for smaller refurbished products. Also most finance companies will include delivery to your location.
